Vincent Ginski is the Director of Workforce Competitiveness at the North Carolina Chamber. He previously serves as the Vice President of Talent & Strategic Initiatives for the Gaston Business Association. On behalf of the Gaston County business community, Ginski helped guide numerous countywide marketing programs, advocacy efforts, and strategic planning initiatives. Leveraging the TPM framework, Ginski leads a collaborative approach to the development of talent pipelines that addressed the most critical workforce needs across various industry sectors in Gaston County. A Belmont Abbey Honors College graduate and MBA graduate from Charlotte, Ginski volunteers for these institutions as a guest lecturer and event speaker.
