We are retiring the TPM Web Tool to support TPM network members where they need the U.S. Chamber Foundation’s assistance most. With a plethora on online tools available, TPM network members have identified tools that better meet user needs.
The TPM Web Tool will be officially decommissioned on May 30, 2026. After this date, access to the platform will be permanently revoked.
You should:
- Review the provided TPM Web Tool Data Export Manual and Video Tutorials available as of September 2025.
- Export any data you wish to retain.
- Reach out to the TPM team for 1-on-1 support if needed.

Yes. After May 30, 2026, you will no longer be able to access the TPM Web Tool or any data stored within it. Please ensure all necessary data is exported before this date.
Review the TPM Web Tool Data Export Manual for step-by-step instructions and short video tutorials to walk you through the process. These will be available in September 2025 within the TPM Web Tool Library and on the TPM Academy website.

Yes. We will send monthly reminder emails starting in January 2026 to TPM Web Tool users.
The TPM Web Tool database will be securely archived and passed to the U.S. Chamber Foundation, who will maintain it for historical and compliance purposes.
Starting February 2026, we will limit access and new data collection. We recommend completing all data collection activities before that time.

On May 30, 2026, the TPM Web Tool will be securely shut down. This includes:
- Shutting down the server that hosts the platform to prevent any further access.
- Revoking all user access to ensure data privacy and system integrity.
- Transferring the database to the U.S. Chamber Foundation, who will maintain it in a secure environment and provide access as needed for historical or compliance purposes.
- All decommissioning steps will follow best practices for data security and system retirement.
