For more than a decade, Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) has helped employers lead talent solutions across 40+ industries. And the most valuable learning has come from advanced practitioners who are implementing TPM every day. 

Thanks to recent grant funding, we are launching our first ever National TPM Leadership Council and TPM Industry Summit focused on healthcare.  

This community of practice (CoP) provides a structured collaborative learning environment that leverages the collective expertise of our most advanced practitioners.
