Kim Kuchenbrod is a seasoned workforce development consultant with over two decades of experience spanning the business, government, and education sectors. Her expertise encompasses business administration, training and staff development, strategic planning, policy formulation, and research and monitoring under the Workforce Investment Act. In 2005, Kim joined Vermilion Advantage as a Workforce Development Specialist, where she oversaw and expanded a comprehensive K-16 workforce development program for Vermilion County. From 2010 to 2020, she also operated as the Global Careers and Professions District Coordinator for Danville District #118, providing oversight and development for an education-to-careers program aimed at high school students. In 2020, Kim transitioned to Illinois State University as the Talent Pipeline Management Coordinator. In this role, she designed and implemented strategies for effective business engagement to cultivate a talent pipeline for the State of Illinois. By 2021, she advanced to the position of Work-Based Learning & Talent Management Administrator. Kim holds a degree and certifications in entrepreneurship, ethics, and personal communications.
