Kami Welch

Kami Welch is the President of the Arvada Chamber of Commerce. A 10-year Chamber veteran, Kami has earned a reputation for developing strategic, innovative opportunities for business and community growth. Kami has most recently led the development of an award-winning, 10-month leadership training program and a regional-leading workforce initiative that has engaged over 150 businesses and 750 students in its inaugural year. Kami is a U.S. Chamber of Commerce Talent Pipeline Fellow and a board member for the Western Association of Chamber Executives (WACE) and Colorado Chamber of Commerce Executive (CCCE), where she is the Incoming Chair. Kami also sits on community boards for non-profit organizations that focus on children, education, homelessness and domestic violence, including Family Tree, where she is the Incoming Chair. Kami loves living in Colorado with her husband of 10 years and two young children, where they enjoy hiking, skiing and exploring.
