Erin is a Senior Consultant for workforce development at Public Consulting Group (PCG). Her role focuses on supporting existing and emerging workforce development initiatives at state and local levels and supporting business growth. Erin is a skilled facilitator, trainer, and technical assistance coach with over 19 years of experience in workforce development and apprenticeship. Prior to PCG, Erin was a Senior Technical Assistance Consultant American Institutes for Research (AIR), where she worked from 2018 – 2025. This included supporting AIR’s apprenticeship technical assistance contracts assisting all 50 states and US territories in registered apprenticeship expansion, where she led coaching TA. Erin also spent 11 years supporting the State of Michigan’s workforce development, apprenticeship, sector strategy, and employer engagement projects. She has gained expertise in the industry sectors of construction, healthcare, and energy. Additionally, Erin serves as practitioner, mentor and fellow in partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s TPM initiative.
