TPM NLN Fall Summit 2021

Join the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation and your colleagues on November 10, 2021, for the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) National Learning Network (NLN) Virtual Fall Summit.

Growth of the TPM initiative has continued thanks to a national network of TPM leaders and champions. This group is now close to 500 professionals and is called the NLN. Each year, we gather these experts to network with their peers, discuss the initiative and the evolution of the TPM Academy, and opportunities for the future of TPM.

This two-hour session will help enhance your TPM efforts, no matter where you are in implementation. Topics will include:

• What is TPM Co/Lab?
• TPM Workshops: Starting, Sustaining and Improving your TPM Work.
• Opportunity Populations
• State-based approaches to TPM
