With 20+ years of experience across business, education, and government, Matthew specializes in collaborative, data-driven solutions that connect employers and job seekers while strengthening workforce systems. Prior to joining the Council in 2018, he served as a Regional Business Specialist at the Idaho Department of Labor. A Certified Public Manager with a B.S. in Political Science from Idaho State University, Matthew is passionate about building partnerships that shape the future of work.
