Business Relations Specialist, Chicago Cooks Workforce Partnership

Patricia Moore, a Business Relations Specialist for the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, is a professional in her field and a dedicated mentor. She is an Apprenticeship Illinois Specialist, a Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) Academy graduate, and a Practitioner and Mentor for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. Her commitment to professional development is further evidenced by her certification as a Workforce Development Professional by the National Association of Workforce Development (NAWDP) and her numerous badge awards. 

Collaborating with the local chamber of commerce, school boards, national learning network, academia, and training providers to deepen outreach to employer partners and build successful talent pipeline collaboratives. Patricia brings a wealth of experience to the table, having worked extensively in Business Development and Workforce Development consulting. Her successful tenure as a Business Development Manager in the transportation sector, where she worked with major airline companies and earned the highest industry award (Blue Vase), is a testament to her capabilities. 

Patricia’s leadership in the transportation sector, where she heads the Partnership’s TDL Sector Center and supports the Hospitality Hire Chicago Collective, clearly demonstrates her industry expertise. She is dedicated to introducing talent to career opportunities and training and connecting employers to the Partnership’s no-cost business services menu, which offers federally funded workforce incentives and programs to strengthen and achieve employers’ talent acquisition and development needs.
