Thanks to recent grant funding, we are launching our first ever National TPM Leadership Council and TPM Industry Summit focused on healthcare.

Join a curated group of 100–150 leaders advancing employer-led talent solutions in healthcare. This working summit brings together employers, TPM practitioners, and partners to tackle workforce challenges and build scalable, real-world solutions.

WHO:

The TPM Healthcare Industry Summit is designed for leaders who are actively shaping the future of healthcare talent pipelines, including:

  • Healthcare employers and industry leaders
  • Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) practitioners
  • Education and training providers aligned to healthcare workforce needs
  • Workforce, economic development, and chamber leaders

WHAT:
Participants will:

  • Engage directly with employer collaboratives leading talent pipeline efforts
  • Share and learn proven TPM strategies that drive measurable workforce outcomes
  • Align across employers, education, and workforce partners to address critical talent shortages
  • Leave with practical tools, frameworks, and next steps to strengthen healthcare talent pipelines in their regions

THE AGENDA:

Day One:
November 4 will bring together all attendees for a full day of general sessions focused on employer-led workforce strategies in healthcare.

Optional Evening Experience:
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an optional site visit to a clinical simulation facility—a real-world example of a TPM strategy in action—bringing workforce solutions to life beyond the conference room.

A unique opportunity to participate in two targeted sessions including:

  • AM: A working session on rural healthcare transformation and CMS funding strategies
  • PM: A live healthcare employer collaborative session (TPM practitioners; invite-only)
