Dr. Byron Clayton is an Advisor for Confinity Robotics and the former Chief of Sector Partnerships for CareerSource Tampa Bay, the workforce development board for Hillsborough County, Florida. As Chief of Sector Partnerships, he helped organizations leverage best practices and partnerships to address critical workforce shortages. Prior to joining CareerSource, Dr. Clayton served as the top executive for leading organizations in the nonprofit, quasi-public and private sectors, specializing in technology and workforce innovation.
