Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) Community Implementation Grants

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation is offering two grants of up to $50,000 each to support Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) implementation over 22 months (March 2026 – December 2027). 

We’re seeking communities with:

  • Strong employer engagement validated by active participation
  • TPM Academy graduates leading the work
  • Organizational capacity to execute and track performance
  • Commitment to measurement (job placements, retention, employer ROI)

Customize activities to your local needs. Examples include:

  • Launching new employer collaboratives or strengthening existing ones
  • Conducting workshops on demand projection, job quality, and apprenticeship/work-based learning
  • Aligning education and training with employer-validated requirements
  • Building transparent career pathways for job seekers and workers
  • Implementing performance measurement systems
  • Accessing technical assistance from the U.S. Chamber Foundation
  • Participating in peer learning through the TPM National Learning Network
  • Application Deadline: March 3, 2026 
  • Award Notifications: March 10, 2026
