Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) Community Implementation Grants
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation is offering two grants of up to $50,000 each to support Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) implementation over 22 months (March 2026 – December 2027).
We’re seeking communities with:
- Strong employer engagement validated by active participation
- TPM Academy graduates leading the work
- Organizational capacity to execute and track performance
- Commitment to measurement (job placements, retention, employer ROI)
Customize activities to your local needs. Examples include:
- Launching new employer collaboratives or strengthening existing ones
- Conducting workshops on demand projection, job quality, and apprenticeship/work-based learning
- Aligning education and training with employer-validated requirements
- Building transparent career pathways for job seekers and workers
- Implementing performance measurement systems
- Accessing technical assistance from the U.S. Chamber Foundation
- Participating in peer learning through the TPM National Learning Network
