Zach Morgan

Zach Morgan is the Workforce Development Director at the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers. Prior to this position, he served as the Talent Pipeline Project Manager for the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Prior to this role, he was the project manager for the Northeast region of Kentucky, where he launched four Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) collaboratives, and facilitated employer-led initiatives in three others. Before joining the Kentucky Chamber he was involved in workforce matters at the Kentucky Commission on Military Affairs, in the Governor’s office. At KCMA he helped streamline employment processes for service members, military spouses, and veterans – through consultation with government agencies, non-profits, and legislators. Zach was an Army reservist and military spouse for eight years during the Global War on Terrorism. He also has a background in public relations and public history, and an MA in Military History.
