Mary Anne Sheahan is the Founder and Principal of Talent Pipeline Strategies, LLC, advising organizations and industry associations on strategy, systems design, partnership development, implementation, positive change, and organizational growth. Sheahanis also the Chief Talent Officer for the Vermont Business Roundtable and its Foundation, where she directs the Vermont Talent Pipeline. A Project Management Professional with an MBA, she was trained by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation in 2017 and now serves as a TPM Peer-reviewed Master Practitioner, Faculty Member, and Fellow. Based in Vermont, she has convened more than 185 employers across healthcare, construction, and manufacturing to apply TPM strategies for demand-driven skills and career pathways. She serves as Board Chair of Vermont Works for Women, and on boards of statewide construction and economic development organizations. She directs a federally funded initiative that expands access to employer-sponsored registered nursing apprenticeships in partnership with Vermont hospitals and the Healthcare Collaborative.
