Jenny Moore

Jenny comes with 17 years of combined professional experience in classroom teaching, workforce development, career and technical education, and project management. Jenny received her MA from Lewis University in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Training & Development and Higher Ed Learning. She received her BA from the University of Montana in Elementary Education with a Sociology emphasis. She has worked as a workforce consultant for surrounding school districts, and is experienced in grant writing and implementation, and is passionate about aligning the workforce needs of local employers, talent providers, and employees. Jenny’s commitment to the future workforce and local economy provides the critical support needed to lead and facilitate employer collaboratives and talent consulting strategies at RealTime Talent.
