Jennifer Branch has spent her professional career committed to future growth and development- People and community. Jennifer is currently the Senior Economic Development Manager for the City of Waco. She participated in the TPM Academy of Texas in 2020 while affiliated with the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce as the director of existing industries and workforce development. She spent years serving the community as the Director of Existing Industries and Workforce Development at the Waco Chamber as well as a director role in the aerospace industry at L3Harris.
Jennifer grew up in Amarillo but relocated from Dallas in 2009 and has since shown a strong commitment to the Greater Waco community.
Jennifer is the former vice-chair for Texas Economic Development Council’s Workforce Board, a distinguished US Chamber Business Leads Fellow, a TPM graduate, Leadership Waco graduate and has served as an Executive Coach with Baylor University. Jennifer currently holds many board positions and contributes to numerous civic and non-profit initiatives. Daily she is responsible for supporting the growth and economic prosperity of our community. In 2020 Jennifer helped form and launch the Women in Aviation Central Texas Chapter and continues to serve on the executive committee. Her love for aviation and aerospace is apparent by her commitment to mentor and promote the expansion of young talent, in addition to her herself working to complete flight training to acquire her private pilot license.
