Jacqueline Rondeau

Jackie Rondeau has been in workforce development in Virginia since 2008 and with the Hampton Roads Workforce Council since 2011. Initially, as Business Services Coordinator, she worked with all industries in Hampton Roads and managed the federally funded On The Job Training and Incumbent Worker Training programs in addition to managing the organization’s job board, coordinating hiring events, and representing HRWC on advisory councils and in the community. She is currently working as Director of Employer Engagement – Maritime and managing multiple collaboratives for the industry. She serves on the Virginia Ship Repair Association’s Workforce Development Planning Committee and works closely with shipbuilding and ship repair companies and companies involved with the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel expansion and Offshore Wind projects in our region.
