Dorian Moe is one of the KY Chamber Foundation Talent Pipeline Project Managers who covers the IT/Business and Construction industries across the state. She has experience in workforce development, education, behavioral health, and healthcare, and taught Criminal Justice and Computer Forensics at a community college. She also has extensive experience working with grants and has directed many successful grant projects.
Prior to coming to the Kentucky Chamber, Dorian was project director for a $4.5 million grant that provided training and recruitment for employers. The grant project developed 3 digital hubs to accommodate global employer, General Dynamics. The grant project provided training to approximately 950 individuals in Eastern Kentucky and assisted over 600 of them to attain full-time employment. Dorian is very passionate about her work and enjoys helping students and adults attain training to reach their career goals.
