Deb Broberg, SPHR, is the executive director of RealTime Talent, a Minnesota employer led public-private collaborative whose mission is to improve alignment between employer talent needs and the talent supply in the market.  The ability to provide hyper-localized, current (real-time) industry labor market insights, analysis, and consultation has been the unique value proposition since RealTime Talent formed six years ago.  Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) has been a recent addition to RealTime Talent’s core capabilities and the power of the process has incredible potential to accelerate restarting Minnesota’s economy in a way that works more equitably for all.

Deb has spent over 25 years in various leadership roles as a proven workforce strategist and human resource and operations leader, building relationships with cross-sector partners across Minnesota.  Deb brings a strong sense of community, commitment, and collaboration to RealTime Talent.    

Deb has her MBA from the University of Minnesota’s HRIR program and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Macalester College.  Deb served on the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management Undergraduate Advisory Board for nine years, where she gained insight on early Itasca Project research focused on workforce misalignment in Minnesota, which fueled her interest in workforce readiness as a critical issue for continued economic growth.
