Christopher Mammen currently serves as the Executive Director at the Dee Howard Foundation, focused on a mission to inspire, educate, and secure access for our youth to pursue careers in aerospace. He previously served as Vice President of Workforce Development at greater:SATX where he managed regional workforce agency collaboration and employer engagement through the Talent Pipleine Management. Prior to that, he acted as the Workforce Development Director for greater:SATX where he led employer engagement to promote alignment across the San Antonio region’s workforce development ecosystem. In this role, Christopher managed greater:SATX’s partnership as lead employer engagement agency for the City of San Antonio’s Ready to Work program, a $200 million taxpayer-funded investment in the region’s workforce.
Additionally, Christopher managed the implementation of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Talent Pipeline Management® (TPM) framework for the Construction, Finance, Healthcare & Bioscience, IT & Cybersecurity, and Manufacturing industries to develop short and long-term talent pipeline solutions to meet the region’s workforce needs.
