Byron Clayton

Dr. Byron Clayton is the Chief of Sector Partnerships for CareerSource Tampa Bay, the workforce development board for Hillsborough County, Florida. In this role, he helps organizations leverage best practices and partnerships to address critical workforce shortages. Prior to joining CareerSource, Dr. Clayton served as the top executive for leading organizations in the nonprofit, quasi-public and private sectors, specializing in technology and workforce innovation.
