Bryant Black

Bryant Black is the founder of Black Arrow Group with expertise in workforce consulting, strategic planning, and talent supply chains. Previously, Black joined the Greater Houston Partnership’s UpSkill Houston Initiative as Director in July 2017. Bryant focused on engaging employer partners around the way they look at their new and incumbent workforce. Much of this energy is concentrated on convening new groups of education, community, and employer leaders, while also focusing on how UpSkill can more accurately measure the long-term success of the initiative.
