Beth Davisson is the executive director of the Kentucky Chamber Workforce Center, and serves as the immediate past president of the Louisville Society for Human Resource Management and district director for the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management. Davisson has spent more than 10 years aligning talent to the strategic plans of business.
Davisson is a proven workforce strategist and consensus builder, advocating for workforce needs in Kentucky. She earned her bachelor’s degree in integrated strategic communications from the University of Kentucky, and MBA from Sullivan University. Davisson was honored as a “Top 40 under 40”, and named a “Top 20 People to Know in Human Resources”, by Business First Louisville. She is a 2017 Leadership Louisville Bingham Fellowship program, where she focused on “Winning the Talent of the Future” and the Talent Pipeline Management Academy with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
In 2017, Davisson was appointed by Governor Matt Bevin to serve on the Work Matters Task Force and was selected by the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) as the 2018 Co-Chair of Workforce Readiness.
