Sara Tracy

Sara Tracy is the Strategic Partnership Manager, the Hub for Innovative Learning and Leadership (HILL). She has a true passion for workforce development and strives to connect talent to Kentucky businesses. Prior to her work at the HILL and the Kentucky Chamber, Sara spent seven years in career and technical education, serving as the Community Liaison at Locust Trace AgriScience Center in Lexington, KY, where she worked to connect business and K-12 education at Fayette County Public Schools. Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Community and Leadership Development from the University of Kentucky. She also serves on the Kentucky Workforce Innovation Board’s Educational Attainment and Completion and Employer Engagement Committee.
