Jenny comes with 17 years of combined professional experience in classroom teaching, workforce development, career and technical education, and project management. Jenny received her MA from Lewis University in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Training & Development and Higher Ed Learning. She received her BA from the University of Montana in Elementary Education with a Sociology emphasis. She has worked as a workforce consultant for surrounding school districts, is experienced in grant writing & implementation, and is passionate about aligning the workforce needs of local employers, talent providers, and employees.
