As a program director at Capitol Impact, Taylor Dunne Woof helps improve lives for Californians through projects with public, private, and philanthropic leaders to drive progress in workforce and education systems and expand opportunity throughout the state.
She has nearly a decade of experience in economic and workforce development, including the growth and sustainability of major talent pipeline programs in the Southern Border region. Taylor is a subject matter expert on Talent Pipeline Management® and is certified through the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation as a TPM Faculty member and a talent supply chain manager. While she was born and raised in San Diego, Taylor received her bachelor’s degree in economics and international relations from Syracuse University.
