Bob Sheets is a research professor at the George Washington Institute of Public Policy and focuses his work on education, workforce development, and economic development policy.
He is currently conducting research and consulting on innovation in higher education and workforce development including competency-based and accelerated delivery models, student financial aid, credentialing systems, and next generation workforce development policy.
Sheets received his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Missouri at Columbia and his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign.
